We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below for online orders. business shipping hours:

Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM PST, excluding national holidays

FedEx and UPS items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on Friday after 11AM PST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. Standard Ground Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process prior to ship. We primarily ship through FedEx or UPS depending on customer location.

Please Note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY

Items purchased with expedited shipping need to be placed before 11AM PST in order to be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

FEDEX EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY

FedEx 2Day is a guaranteed 2 business day delivery service. Our FedEx expedited shipping option does not deliver on the weekends. Orders placed Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed Friday before 3pm will be delivered Tuesday. Orders placed Friday after 3pm and on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Wednesday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SIGNATURE REQUIRED (ORDERS OVER $250)

To ensure that our items are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery may be required by FedEx or UPS on orders over $250. Some items require an adult signature at delivery. If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, then we suggest that you opt to have the package delivered to your place of business.

SALES TAX

California shipments pay 7.75% sales tax at the time of checkout. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
